Upon arrival to your home, usually within one hour of your initial call, we focus on finding where the water damage is even if it isn’t visible, implementing the proper drying techniques and using the right specialized equipment to dry the affected areas in a timely manner. Throughout the drying process, we will monitor the progress, and keep you informed. Upon completion, your home or business is given a final inspection.

This is what to expect when calling Sure Clean when water damage strikes.
1. Within 1 hour of your call to Sure Clean, a uniformed, trained crew will arrive at your doorstep.
2. Inspection and details of any damage will be identified and discussed with you.
3. Digital photos and necessary documentation will be taken.
4. Proper drying procedures and drying equipment will be implemented.
5. Your insurance adjuster (if applicable and upon request) will be updated by a Sure Clean representative.
6. The drying progress is monitored every 24 hours until all materials are dry, usually 3 days or less.
7. A detailed scope of work is submitted to you or the insurance company.
8. Necessary repairs (if any) can now be started.

Inspection
Before any cleaning project begins, a member of Sure Cleans management team will meet with you to inspect all of the affected areas to be cleaned and discuss the cleaning process. It is very important to us that we understand your expectations and address any of your concerns. It is at this time we will schedule a time to start the cleaning process.

On-Site Cleaning
If your property has suffered soot, smoke or odor damage, Sure Cleans’ trained specialists will provide detailed on site cleaning and deodorization of affected contents and structure. What that means to you is every inch of affected contents and structure will be hand cleaned to your satisfaction. This may involve the cleaning all affected contents, walls, ceilings and floors, inside cabinets, windows, doors and even duct work. Your satisfaction is our goal, that’s why upon completion of every project we ask that our customers sign our satisfaction form. Our technicians don’t stop until all of the affected areas are cleaned to your satisfaction. That’s our promise!

Move-Outs & Contents Cleaning
In the event that the contents of your home can not be cleaned on site, a move out of the cleanable contents may be required. Special attention and care is given to each and every item that is packaged and moved. Once back at our facility, your items are carefully unpackaged, meticulously hand cleaned, deodorized, repackaged with new packaging materials and stored until your home is ready to be occupied once again. Your contents will be stored at our secure, insured and climate controlled facility. A detailed inventory is also provided to you for your records so that you may find an item that is needed. When you are ready to receive all of your contents, we will deliver your property back to your residence and place all boxed items and furniture back into the rooms from which they were originally removed.
